Currently, the Voluntary Carbon Market is inefficient and opaque. Neither project developers nor investors are seeing the whole market.

  • Investors want to have single access to projects as they benefit from bilateral negotiations. However, they don’t see the full market.

  • Project developers benefit from seeing interest from multiple investors; this will enable them to find the bids that best fit their preferences. Investors will also be able to see more projects.
